Cause. Reintegration cables do not form a ring. (An example of a ring is: A transmits
to B, B transmits to C, and C transmits to A.)
Effect. CMAP cannot reintegrate one or more PEs or reset one or more NonStop
Blade Elements. Miscabling the FPGA 3 device does not exclude CPUs from the
system, but it compromises the system’s ability to recover from PE failures.
Recovery. Correct the reintegration cabling problem as soon as possible.
