Effect. If the public DLL file preloaded successfully, it can be used by programs and
DLLs that require it.
If the public DLL file was discarded, it is not preloaded and cannot be used by
programs and DLLs that require it. Message 106: ZDLL-EVT-PRELOAD-SUMMARY
on page 26-19 reports the number of discarded entries.
Recovery. If the public DLL file was discarded, increase dll_count in the ZREG file by
at least the number of discarded entries that message 106: ZDLL-EVT-PRELOAD-
SUMMARY on page 26-19 reported.
If a timestamp is missing, revert to the original ZREG file.
If a timestamp is mismatched, revert to the original ZREG file and public DLL file.
If a PLINSTL-generated ZREG file results in discarded public DLLs, (see Recovery
Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 26-6).
104: ZDLL-EVT-NO-IMP-IMP
The required implicit_import statement was not found in the ZREG file.

Effect. No public DLLs are loaded (as message 110: ZDLL-EVT-NO-PUB-DLLS

page 26-25 reports). The processor halts with halt code %5030.
