Effect. No public DLLs are loaded (as message 110: ZDLL-EVT-NO-PUB-DLLS on
page 26-25 reports). The processor halts with halt code %5030.
Recovery. Load another SYSnn subvolume. Report the values of ZDLL-TKN-
INTERNAL-ERROR and ZDLL-TKN-ERRORCODE to your service provider (see
Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 26-6).
