Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The ZREG file was not produced by PLINSTL, which inserts the scan marker.
Effect. The ZREG file might not be the expected one, or might have been modified.
Recovery. Unless you want to use a modified ZREG file, replace the ZREG file with
the original ZREG file that PLINSTL generated for DSM/SCM. If this event occurs with
the original ZREG file, contact your service provider (see Recovery Action Requiring
Vendor Support on page 26-6).
