Cause. During a system-load or reload operation, the system monitor process in the
specified processor could not open the disk file that contains the operating system
image (OSIMAGE).
Effect. The system freezes with halt code%2002.
Recovery. See the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual for the
corrective action for the file-system error (given by ZMON-TKN-FECODE).
