Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The system monitor process could not open the startup command interpreter
because of a file-system error (given by ZGRD-TKN-ERRORCODE).
Effect. The system freezes.
Recovery. Ensure that your startup command interpreter exists on the system
subvolume that you are system loading. If it does not exist, load it onto the system
subvolume, and then restart the system load.
If the startup command interpreter does exist on the subvolume, see Recovery Action
Requiring Vendor Support on page 7-7.
