A PROCESS_CREATE_ error occurred when the system monitor attempted to start
the OSS file manager.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The specified PROCESS_CREATE_ error occurred when the system monitor
attempted to start the OSS file manager.
Effect. The OSS file manager does not start. The system might continue running with
OSS disabled, or it might halt.
Recovery. For a description of the given error, see the description of
PROCESS_CREATE_ errors in the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual.
The program file for the OSS file manager is $SYSTEM.SYSnn. OSSFM, where nn is
a two-digit octal integer that identifies the subvolume from which the system was
loaded. It is run with a process name of $ZFMnn, where nn is the processor number.
