Cause. When a tape file on a TMF labeled tape was opened for output, the requested
tape volume was not mounted.
Effect. The operation waits for the tape to be mounted.
Recovery. The request is suspended until one of the following actions is taken:
Abort the operation with the MEDIACOM REJECT command, if the requested tape
volume is not available. $ZSVR generates the action-completion message ZTAP-
EVT-REJECTMOUNT (651).
Mount the requested TMF tape volume on any free tape device that satisfies the
density request indicated by ZTAP-TKN-DENSITY, if this token is specified in the
event message. $ZSVR generates the action-completion message ZTAP-EVT-
ACCEPTMOUNT (648).
An operator can also mount any scratch TMF tape substitution.
Leave the request suspended until one of the above actions is taken. If the
processor of the requester goes down while the request is suspended, $ZSVR
generates the action-completion message ZTAP-EVT-CANCELMOUNT (649).
