NEXTTAPE to have the TMF Catalog try to find a replacement TMF labeled tape. If
a replacement is found, the old event message is canceled and a new event
message is generated for the replacement TMF labeled tape.
Use the MEDIACOM command USETAPE with an appropriate TMF labeled tape
volume serial number to cancel the old event message and generate a new event
message for the specified replacement TMF labeled tape.
