An AVR error occurred.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The specified tape device failed to read a tape volume when a tape volume
was mounted. This failure can indicate a tape device problem, but it can also be
caused by either:
Premounting a blank tape
Setting the density switch on a 5101, 5103, 5105, or 5107 tape drive to a different
value than the density recorded on the tape volume
Effect. The tape is rewound and unloaded.
