Insufficient memory is available to run the $ZSVR process.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. There is not enough memory available to run the $ZSVR process.
Effect. The $ZSVR process abends. If $ZSVR was not running on a labeled-tape
system, tape operations cannot be done until $ZSVR is restarted.
Recovery. Run $ZSVR in a processor that is not as busy or that has more physical
memory.
