Cause. The $ZSVR process received an incomplete data buffer from MEDIACOM.
ZTAP-TKN-BADNUM contains the buffer length.
Effect. $ZSVR does not act on the command.
Recovery. Retry the previous MEDIACOM command. If the error continues to occur,
see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 9-12.
