An error was returned from the tape device while the $ZSVR process was reading the
trailer labels that follow the input data.

Cause. An error was returned from the tape device while the tape device was reading
the trailer labels that follow the input data.
Effect. None.
Recovery. The input data was handled without any errors; only the trailer labels had
an error. The operator must inform the owner of the tape about this message.
