Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The requested tape was mounted in response to an output request, but the
tape was not expired.
Effect. The mounted volume cannot be used and the application is suspended until
the correct tape is mounted.
Recovery. If this is the correct tape, scratch the volume and repeat the action.
