Cause. MEDIADBM was unable to process the $ZSVR request because of the
DSM/TC error reported in the message.
Effect. If $ZSVR is servicing a mount request, the application process making the
request fails with file-system error 594. (In all cases, a DSM/TC error is returned to
$ZSVR. See the EMS log for detailed information.)
Recovery. Correct the error and retry the operation.

The $ZSVR process could not create the MEDDEM process because of a file-system
error.
