Unconditional Tokens
Cause. No tape drive was specified in the DEFINE, and all tape drives in the ACS are
busy.
Effect. $ZSVR retries the tape request when an ACS tape drive becomes available.
There is no limit on the number of retries.
Recovery. Use the MEDIACOM command REJECT TAPEMOUNT if you do not want
to retry the request.
