The volume name was not specified in the TAPECATALOG DEFINE when writing
multifile volume sets (FILESEQ > 1).
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. A volume name was not specified from the set in the TAPECATALOG DEFINE
when writing multifile volume sets (FILESEQ > 1). The volume name must be specified
in this case.
Effect. The application request fails with file-system error 594.
Recovery. Correct the DEFINE: the volume name must be specified and the specified
volume must either be the first volume in the volume set or include the last volume
used in the volume set. Retry the request with the corrected DEFINE. For more
