Messages
Cause. The requested and actual tape density or tape mode did not match. The
requested tape volume is not mounted on the tape drive that does not support the
requested DENSITY/TAPEMODE. $ZSVR selects only tape drives that are support the
requested DENSITY/TAPEMODE.
Effect. The mount request is unsatisfied and the operator would not know why the
specified tape was not used.
Recovery. Reject the request and correct the DEFINE to either specify
DENSITY/TAPEMODE or specify the correct DENSITY/TAPEMODE, and retry the
operation. Note that if DSM/TAPE CATALOG is not being used (via CLASS
TAPECATALOG DEFINEs), the tape volumes are automatically selected to match the
specified DENSITY or TAPEMODE.
