The local MEDIADBM program has an incompatible version.

Cause. The MEDIADBM program in the same subvolume as $ZSVR has an
incompatible version. The request that $ZSVR just sent to MEDIADBM could not be
completed.
Effect. If $ZSVR was attempting to use MEDIADBM for an application request for a
tape, the application receive a file-system error 594.
Recovery. Install a compatible version of MEDIADBM.
