Unconditional Tokens
Cause. A controller or SCSI bus error occurred when a command was sent from the
controller to the tape drive.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Reinsert the controller board. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery
Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 10-15.
