Cause. There is a tape drive or tape-drive controller problem.
Effect. The drive cannot be selected.
Recovery. Reinsert the controller board or power off and then power on the tape
drive. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support
on page 10-15.
