A tape device could not be selected.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. A tape device controller or a tape device error occurs.
Effect. The tape device cannot be selected.
Recovery. Reinsert the controller board or power off and then power on the tape
drive. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support
on page 10-15.
