288: ZTAP-EVT-SYN-SCSI-BUS-RESET
A SCSI-bus reset was issued by a controller.

Cause. A SCSI bus becomes nonresponsive (hung) and is rest by its controller.
Effect. The current operation fails.
Recovery. The reset causes the operation to be retried.
