Conditional Tokens
Cause. The disk is not in a ready state and cannot be accessed now.
Effect. The drive goes hard-down if it is not the last device in the volume
configuration.
Recovery. Load the disk.
-1002: ZDSK-EVT-SK-MEDIUM-ERR
A command terminated with a non-recovered error condition because of a flaw in the
medium or sector, or an error occurred in the recorded data.
