Cause. The maximum number of interrupt timeouts for the I/O process (IOP) has been
exceeded.
Effect. The current disk path might go down if an alternate path is available.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed. If this event is
followed by a disk path down event, the I/O process (IOP) might have already brought
up an alternative path, but perform a recovery for the disk path down event.
