Conditional Tokens
Cause. An execute I/O (EIO) was issued, but no interrupt was received for the EIO; a
timeout on the EIO did not occur. The interrupt from the controller never occurred, or
the interrogate I/O (IIO) processing the interrupt failed. A problem exists with the
channel or the controller.
Effect. The disk operation aborts.
Recovery. See Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 11-20.

This event was caused by a checksum error on a sector during a read operation.
