Cause. The disk process detected an invalid FST. This error can occur while the disk
process is attempting to place the volume in the up state.
Effect. No more free space can be allocated.
Recovery. Use the PUP REBUILDDFS command (D-series NonStop operating
system RVUs) or the SCF REBUILDDFS (G-series and H-series NonStop operating
system RVUs) to rebuild the free space table. See the Peripheral Utility Program (PUP)

The primary and mirror disks of a mirrored volume are inconsistent.
