Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The undo area, which is normally used for key-sequenced file recovery either
during processor failures or when a disk is brought up, is invalid or inaccessible to the
disk.
Effect. The disk goes down or stays down.
Recovery. See Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 11-20.
