Conditional Tokens
Cause. The volume label contained invalid data. This error can occur during
initialization, during a processor switch, or when you attempt to place the volume in the
up state by using the PUP for D-series NonStop operating system RVUs and by using
the SCF for G-series and H-series NonStop operating system RVUs.
Effect. The device is not brought up.
Recovery. If the data on the volume is no longer needed, relabel the volume.
Otherwise, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 11-20.
5011: ZDSK-EVT-BAD-VOL-NAME
The disk process encountered an unusable disk volume name.
