Unconditional Tokens
Cause. An I/O error occurred during an attempt to revive the indicated disk, probably 
because of a hardware error, and the revive operation was aborted.
Effect. The disk being revived goes down.
Recovery. For help with the hardware problem, see Recovery Action Requiring 
Vendor Support on page 11-20. After the hardware problem is fixed, reissue the PUP 
REVIVE command (D-series NonStop operating system RVUs). See the Peripheral 
Utility Program (PUP) Reference Manual for information about PUP commands. On 
G-series and H-series NonStop operating system RVUs, use the SCF START DISK 
command. See the SCF Reference Manual for the Storage Subsystem for information 
about SCF commands.
