Cause. The disk process received an error while reading the directory label. This
message can occur while the volume is being placed in the up state.
Effect. The disk remains in the down state.
Recovery. See the Guardian Procedure Errors and Messages Manual for corrective
action for the file-system error specified by ZDSK-TKN-FILE-ERR. You might need to
reformat the disk.
