Effect. Attempts to access the file might result in error 59.
Recovery. If the file is protected by TMF roll forward recovery and the first cause listed
earlier was not the problem, use a TMF RECOVER FILES command to recover the
file. If the file is protected by TMF roll forward recovery and the first cause listed earlier
was the problem, issue a TMF RECOVER FILES command with a timestamp less than
or equal to the initial recovery timestamp.
If TMF recovery is not available, run the FILCHECK utility for the file or table to
determine whether the file or table is broken. If FILCHECK does not report the file or
table as broken, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 11-20.
If FILCHECK does report the file or table as broken, and if recovery of the data is
essential, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 11-20.
