Cause. DP2 failed to obtain sufficient virtual memory while attempting to bring up a
volume. This type of failure typically results if excessive numbers of DP2 volumes are
configured within the same processor or if very large cache memory is configured for
other DP2 volumes within the same processor.
Effect. The volume remains in a down state.
Recovery. Reduce the virtual memory used by other DP2 volumes or other processes
within the same processor, or reduce the cache sizes of other volumes in the up state
within the same processor.
5079: ZDSK-EVT-NO-WORKPOOL-SPACE
DP2 failed to allocate space from the workpool. This event might coincide with errors
(33 or 35) reported to application requests for DP2 services.
