Messages
Effect. While the primary processor continues to provide service, a failure by the
primary processor results in a down volume. This message is generated every five
minutes until the backup processor is reloaded and initializes successfully.
The DP2 volume will not be accessible if the primary processor fails.
Recovery. Reload the backup processor. If SCF support of DP2 is available, the
volume can be stopped and restarted.
If this message occurs after a system load or reload, see Recovery Action Requiring
Vendor Support on page 11-20.
5084: ZDSK-EVT-PROCESS-CREATE-TP
DP2 failed in an attempt to create a tailpin.

Cause. DP2 failed in an attempt to create a tailpin within the same processor.
Effect. The number of processes specified in the NUMDISCPROCESSES modifier in
the CONFTEXT configuration file will not be available for servicing requests.
