Recovery. If this event is reported during system load or reload, the primary and
backup processors of DP2 must be halted, dumped, and reloaded. If SCF support of
DP2 is available, the volume can be stopped and restarted.
If this message occurs after a system load or reload, see Recovery Action Requiring
Vendor Support on page 11-20.
