Messages
Cause. An illegal or unknown IIO or HIIO completion status was detected.
Effect. The state of the IO operation is unknown.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
102: ZGIO-EVT-CHANNELKILLED
The operating system disabled a channel.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. An excessive number of erroneous I/O or channel interrupts occurred; a failing
controller is connected to the specified channel. Either the controller doesn’t identify
ZGIO-TKN-CONTROLLE Subject token that specifies the controller number for the
event.
ZGIO-TKN-UNIT Subject token that specifies the device number for the
event.
ZGIO-TKN-FECOD File-system error code returned when an invalid command
is sent to the device
