A user has unsucessfully attempted to change whether the validity of data written to
the disk is being protected by a full-block checkpoint (applies only to nondirectory
structured files). This operation is performed with SCF by using the parameter
FullCheckpoints.

Cause. A user has attempted to change whether the validity of data written to the
disk is being protected by a full-block checkpoint (applies only to nondirectory
structured files) but has supplied an invalid value.
Effect.
The value is not changed.
Recovery. Retry the operation. See the SCF Reference Manual for the Storage
Subsystem for information about changing this parameter.
