Effect. The server process immediately terminates.

104: ZNSK-EVT-CREATEBACKUP-FAILED
The server process was unable to create a backup process.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The server process was unable to create a backup process because of a
resource shortage in the backup processor. There might be insufficient swap space or
too many processes running the backup processor.
Effect. The server has no backup process.
