Cause. The backup process of the message-queue server is failing too often.
Effect. When the backup process fails too often in a short period of time, the
message-queue server runs without a backup process for significant amount of time.
The message-queue server primary process creates a new backup process.
Recovery. This is an informational message only, but it is recommended to check that
you try to determine why the backup process is failing so often.
109: ZNSK-EVT-BACKUP-INVALID-STATE
The message-queue server primary process failed before it checkpointed all the
information to the backup process, because the backup is in an invalid state.
