Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The message-queue server primary process failed before it checkpointed all
the information to the backup process, because the backup process is in an invalid
state.
Effect. After generating this event, the message-queue server terminates.
Recovery. Restart the message-queue server.
110: ZNSK-EVT-BACKUP-STOPPED
The message-queue server backup process was stopped.

Cause. The primary message-queue server process stopped the backup process
server when it detected a problem with the backup process.
Effect. The primary message-queue server process creates a new backup process.
