Unconditional Tokens
Cause. Either a failure to lock the transfer buffer in processor memory, a failure of the
processor memory control unit, or a failure of the controlling I/O process to lock the
transfer buffer has occurred.
Effect. The operation terminates abnormally.
Recovery. If the error continues to occur, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor
Support on page 3-13.
