Effect. The swap file is fully allocated, and disk free space is reduced by its configured
size. The swap file cannot be used until it is enabled for use by the NSKCOM START
command.
Recovery. This is an informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

A KMSF swap file was purged by the NSKCOM DELETE command.
