Recovery. Correct the error as follows, then restart the swap file:
If the disk is down, bring up the disk.
If the swap file’s code is incorrect, delete the file. Then use NSKCOM to add and
enable the file.
If the swap file is specified for multiple processors, add and enable another swap
file for each of the other processors.
215: ZNSK-EVT-KMS-SWAP-DEFAULT
The NonStop operating system created and enabled a default KMSF swap file.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. During system startup, either the NonStop operating system was unable to
start the configured swap files or no swap files were configured. The NonStop
operating system then created and enabled a default swap file. This error might have
occurred because a configured swap file was on a disk that was not up.
Effect. Processes swap to the default swap file.
Recovery. If you have configured swap files, use the NSKCOM ADD and START
commands to enable those swap files.
