Cause. The Core license Enablement failed at coldload, and no valid license file has
been installed and enabled since coldload.
Effect. Periodic message indicating that a valid Core License needs to be installed
and enabled.
Recovery. Contact your service provider and provide the following information:

Event management service log
If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global NonStop Solution
Center (GNSC), provide your system number, and the numbers and versions of all
related products.
