A controller tried to transfer data but the I/O control (IOC) table status for that channel
indicates that no data transfer was expected.
Unconditional Tokens
Cause. Either a controller is defective or a protocol error between the IOP and the
controller occurred.
Effect. The channel aborts the data transfer attempted by the controller. The controller
asserting the data-reconnect fails.
