Unconditional Tokens
Cause. The XIO subsystem did not find a SAC record in CONFIG for the specified
SAC.
Effect. The XIO module installation failed.
Recovery. Confirm that the correct configuration file has been used. If the error
persists, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 15-6.
