Cause. ServerNet Services returned an error to the XIO subsystem during the
installation of a device handle.
Effect. The device handle for this module is invalid. I/O operations cannot be done on
this device.
Recovery. This event indicates an error occurred in ServerNet Services. See
Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 15-6.
