Cause. XIOMON could not configure the ICEPACK.
Effect. The ICEPACK was not setup properly.
Recovery. This event is generated as a result of a hardware problem. Check the
hardware indicated in this event. If the error persists, see Recovery Action Requiring
Vendor Support on page 15-6.
