Conditional Tokens
Cause. XIOMON encountered a ServerNet error while processing a XIO Module
Install, Deinstall or Hardware Change request.
Effect. An XIO Module Install, Deinstall or Hardware change request failed.
Recovery. Check the ServerNet Path related to the SAC. Ensure that the adapter
associated with the SAC is properly seated and the ServerNet paths are up. If the
problem still persists, see Recovery Action Requiring Vendor Support on page 15-6.

A SCSI Module Driver error occurred when attempting to initialize an adapter
packetizer.
