Value Meaning
ZIPC-ENM-NO-SIB The SIB contains no send information.
ZIPC-ENM-SEQ-SIB The SIB contains the request to write several data buffers
and a setup buffer that interrupts the problem processor.
ZIPC-ENM-GETDATA-SIB The SIB contains requests from the operating system to
read the memory of the problem processor.
ZIPC-ENM-READLINK-SIB The SIB contains requests from the operating system to
read the memory of the problem processor.
ZIPC-ENM-BARRIER-SIB The SIB contains the request to send a barrier transaction
to the problem processor.
ZIPC-ENM-BROADCAST-SIB The SIB contains the request intended for multiple
destination processors. Used for “I’m alive”, REGROUP,
and power fail shout packets.
ZIPC-ENM-UNSEQ-SIB The SIB contains the request to write a packet that will
interrupt the problem processor.

Value Meaning
ZIPC-ENM-CPUUP A processor has started running.
ZIPC-ENM-BARRIER-TIMEOUT A barrier transaction timed-out on the path.
ZIPC-ENM-BARRIER-FAILURE A barrier transaction failed along a path.
ZIPC-ENM-BARRIER-SUCCESS A barrier transaction succeeded along a path that
previously had a barrier failure.
ZIPC-ENM-PROBE-FAILURE Too many attempts to probe a path failed.
ZIPC-ENM-PROBE-SUCCESS An attempt to probe a path that was down was
successful.
ZIPC-ENM-BTE-TIMEOUT The message system received too many BTE
timeouts along a path.
ZIPC-ENM-OP-DOWN An attempt for the reporting processor to use a
fabric to communicate to the problem processor
failed COMMAND
